Welcome to Onsides! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Onsides mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By creating an account, installing, or using Onsides, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Onsides

Onsides is a digital assistant designed to help parents and guardians manage youth sports schedules, event availability, ridesharing coordination, reminders, and related logistics. Onsides integrates with certain third-party platforms (e.g., TeamSnap, SportsEngine) and your device’s native apps (e.g., Calendar, Reminders) to deliver its services.

Note: Onsides is currently offered in a limited beta release and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or temporary limitations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Onsides. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and are responsible for any activities conducted under your account.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may need to create an Onsides account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations & User-Authorized Access

Onsides may connect to third-party services, such as team-management or scheduling platforms (“Third-Party Services”), at your request.

By enabling an integration or connecting a Third-Party Service, you expressly authorize Onsides to act as your technical agent for the limited purpose of accessing, retrieving, and organizing information that you are entitled to access from that service. All such access occurs under your direction and solely for your personal use within the Onsides Service.

Onsides is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Third-Party Service. Names of such services (e.g., TeamSnap, SportsEngine, LeagueApps) are used only to identify compatibility or user-initiated connections. All trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

Onsides will not circumvent any authentication, security, or technical barriers placed by Third-Party Services. If a Third-Party Service changes its features, access, or policies, Onsides may modify or suspend the related integration without notice. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of data originating from Third-Party Services.

5. Intellectual Property of Third Parties and Fair Use of Marks

Onsides respects the intellectual-property rights of others. All trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials referenced in the Service remain the property of their respective owners. Onsides uses those names only as necessary for descriptive or nominative-fair-use purposes (for example, to identify a platform you choose to connect). Onsides does not claim any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those third parties.

6. AI Assistant Features

Onsides includes AI-driven features to help identify scheduling conflicts, suggest rideshares, and provide reminders. While we aim for accuracy, the AI’s recommendations may not be perfect, and you should verify all event details and decisions independently.

7. Beta Program & Service Changes

Because Onsides is in beta, features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time for any reason, without liability.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.

• Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a team or athlete.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Onsides, including its trademarks, logo, code, and content, is owned by Onsides, Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of all data and content you import or authorize Onsides to access through third-party integrations. By connecting an external service, you grant Onsides a limited, revocable license to process that data solely to provide the Onsides Service under these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If you are a California resident, you may bring legal action in the county where you live, or in San Francisco County, California. By using the Service, you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

Material changes affecting third-party integrations or user-authorized data access will be communicated within the app or by email before taking effect.
